Picklelytics is operated by NEURAL DASH SOLUTIONS PLT, a limited liability partnership registered in MALAYSIA under registration number LLP0037435-LGN ("Picklelytics", "we", "us", or "our").
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, store, and protect personal data when you access or use Picklelytics' websites, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

• Video and audio recordings of pickleball gameplay
• Segmented clips (e.g. serves, rallies, highlights)

• Metadata such as timestamps, device type, and usage context
These data are processed to provide analysis, visualization, and social-sharing features.

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:

• Where reasonably possible, anonymized or aggregated data is used to improve system performance
• Picklelytics does not sell identifiable personal data for third-party AI training
5. Competitive and Third-Party Analysis
Picklelytics allows users to analyze and compare performance data derived from uploaded videos, which may include other identifiable individuals such as opponents or partners.
Such analysis may include:
• Comparative metrics
• Pattern recognition
• Aggregated or anonymized insights
By uploading content, users represent that:
• They have the legal right to upload the content
• Any identifiable individuals have consented to being recorded and analyzed
• Content is uploaded for lawful sporting and analytical purposes
Picklelytics:
• Does not independently identify non-users
• Does not create public profiles of non-users
• Applies access controls and visibility settings where applicable
6. Player Assignment & Match Invitations
What We Collect
When a match host invites other players to view their match analysis, we collect and store the email addresses the host enters — including addresses belonging to people who do not yet have a Picklelytics account. For every invitation we also keep a record of the inviting host, the match concerned, the date and time each invite email was sent or re-sent, and the outcome of the invitation (accepted, declined, expired, or superseded).
How We Use This Information
• Delivering invitations. We use the email addresses entered by a host solely to deliver the invitation and any reminders the host chooses to send, and to link an accepted invitation to the correct match and player position.
• Preventing abuse. We keep invitation logs to enforce sending limits that protect recipients from unwanted repeat emails.
• Building your player network. When you accept an invitation, we record the connection between you and the inviting host. We use these connections to power current and future social features on Picklelytics, such as suggesting players you have shared a match with.
• Account creation. If you accept an invitation without an existing account, we create a Trial Pickle Pro account for you as part of the sign-up flow, using the email address the invitation was sent to.
If You Were Invited But Are Not a Picklelytics User
Your email address was provided to us by the person who invited you, not collected from you directly. We use it only to deliver that person's invitation and reminders, and we do not use it for any other marketing. Every invitation email contains a link allowing you to opt out of receiving further invitations, and you may at any time ask us to delete your email address from our records using the contact details below.
Retention
Invitation records for addresses that never accept an invitation are retained only as long as needed to enforce sending limits and are deleted or anonymised thereafter. Accepted-invitation records form part of your account's match and network history and are retained for as long as you hold an account, or until you request deletion.
Your Rights
In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) and other applicable data protection laws, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data — including invitation records that reference your email address — and you may withdraw consent to further processing. 8. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell or rent personal data.
We may disclose personal data in limited circumstances:
8.1 Service Providers
To trusted vendors who process data on our behalf (e.g. cloud hosting, analytics), under confidentiality and security obligations.
8.2 Legal and Safety Obligations
To comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
8.3 Business Transfers
In connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or asset sale, where personal data may be transferred as part of the transaction.

Picklelytics operates globally. Personal data may be processed or stored outside your country of residence.
